In this article, I want to give you some background on the Georgia Guidestones and the cause of the explosion, based on my background in the fire and explosive industry. I hope to dispel some of the myths and rumors about the investigation I have seen posted online.
Background
The Georgia Guidestones were erected on March 22, 1980, approximately 7 miles outside of the town of Elberton. A man using the fake name R.C. Christian commissioned the Elberton Granite Finishing Company to create and place the monument. Because he owned property nearby, some have speculated that billionaire Ted Turner was behind the creation of the Guidestones, but that cannot be confirmed. Others have pointed to the secrecy, esoteric knowledge, and sacred geometry of the Guidestones as being directly connected to Freemasonry.
The inscriptions on the Guidestones are meant for current and future generations. Sandblasted along the square capstone sitting atop the structure is the basic message: “Let these be Guidestones to an age of reason,” in Babylonian cuneiform, Egyptian hieroglyphics, Sanskrit, and classical Greek. The four granite slabs, each weighing 42,137 pounds and standing more than sixteen feet in height, list ten “guides” for mankind in eight different languages. The languages represented on the four major stones are Arabic, Chinese, English, Hebrew, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, and Swahili. The engraved messages can be subdivided into four major areas: governance and the establishment of a world government, population and reproduction control, the environment and humankind’s relationship to nature, and spirituality. According to the Guidestones, the following ten principles are offered to ensure humankind’s future survival:
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule Passion — Faith — Tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.
Controversy has emerged over the last few decades concerning the inscriptions which call for population control, limiting reproduction, and a one-world government. Many Christians like Kandiss Taylor and alt-media commentators such as Alex Jones have previously called for their removal. In 2020, Guidestones made national headlines as they were vandalized with spray paint proclaiming, “death to the New World Order.”
On July 6, 2022, at 4:03 AM one of the Guidestones exploded destabilizing the structure and causing the remaining stones to be removed. The GBI is the lead investigative agency and is coordinating with the Elbert Co. Sherriff’s Office for this case.
Cause Analysis
I have seen wild speculation as to what destroyed the Guidestones. Anything from directed energy weapons (DEW)s, lightning, 5G devices, an airstrike, and the direct hand of God have been assigned blame for this explosion.
Since this is my field of expertise, I am obliged to offer my opinions. Keep in mind I have not visited the site, examined debris, or examined evidence the GBI has collected.
Lightning has been cited as a potential cause of the explosion by many people. There does not appear to be a lightning flash in any of the videos, I reviewed online. The flash seen from the utility light is a distortion of the camera exposure. Additionally, there were no thunderstorms in the area on July 6, 2022, and that is why I would eliminate lightning as a potential cause of this explosion.
Based on video evidence, the explosion looks to be subsonic which produces a heaving or pushing damage. Because there is only one explosion, a primary and secondary explosive train, used by demolition professionals can be excluded. Additionally, the lack of a fireball means that fuel oils, ANFO, and petroleum products can be eliminated as the explosive type. It is possible that chemical compounds such as Semtex (plastic explosive) or others could have been the explosive used. However, access to these materials is strictly controlled as they are considered to be high explosives. Semtex is widely used for civilian demolitions and military operations.
Most likely Tannerite will be the source of the explosion. Tannerite is readily available at most outdoor stores and accessible to anyone wanting to purchase it. Tannerite is a binary compound, where the user mixes aluminum powder with a combination of oxidizers to create an explosive compound. It is detonated through violent shock and is typically used for target shooting by rifle enthusiasts. Tannerite explosions produce large clouds of white smoke like what is seen in the GBI footage. This compound is not regulated by the ATF because it does not become an explosive until mixed by the user.
My only concern with the use of Tannerite is the ability of the user to detonate it. It is possible that the bomber detonated this compound with a high-velocity rifle from the wood line. I have never heard of a delay device or timer being used to detonate Tannerite, but it may be possible. During ATF training, I learned that almost any material can and has been used for bombmaking.
Many people have pointed out the lack of damage to the remaining pillars and the odd debris pattern. From the video, it appears the blast was 5-6 feet above ground level, and I suspect the blasting compound was placed at height directly on a pillar. This explains why there is no cratering or an explosive seat around the base of the Guidestones. The debris field from the aerial footage shown is not in a circular pattern. The reason for this is the remaining pillars blocked the debris path; keep in mind each of the granite pillars weighs 42,137 lbs. and is 10-12 inches thick. The fact that the remaining pillars were barely damaged is further proof of a subsonic explosion.
Conclusion
I am glad the Guidestones are gone, they did not embody American values or Christianity in any form. Their murky past, mysterious alignment, Masonic connections, and cryptic Babylonian messaging are not something that represented Georgians either. These stones were billboards calling for the greater control desired by the New World Order or even much worse. That being said, vandalism is a crime, and detonating an explosive or incendiary device is also a serious criminal offense in Georgia. The GBI has jumped all over this case because they can spin it as domestic terrorism to increase their funding. Whoever did this, needs good attorneys because law enforcement will flex on this case. I hope this has cleared up some of the misinformation from online sources, concerning this explosion.
Thanks for reading my work, I appreciate it very much.
