Thank you, shared. Are Oathkeepers a legal Constitutional Militia? Have you read American Militia 2.0 by John Leyzorek? There a model resolution for constitutional militia & enforcement of the Constitution in the book, every county needs one passed, equal to paid law enforcement not subservient. Logistics, organization, training, requirements are in the book. This is a Peoples law enforcement arm & made up of the People in each county. It should have always been this way. It’s constitutionally sound. We need constitutional folks on the Board of County Commissioners. Do you know if people are working on this county by county?
Let me be clear, I almost joined both the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. Unlike the Clintons who have always hated these groups, I believe they have a legal and legitimate place in local government. Before the NG was federalized, state militias were the norm and comprised of local volunteers. I agree these groups are needed and their purpose, powers, and duties must be crystal clear. That is why I did not join either. I was trying to throw off on the leadership who betrayed those at the bottom by becoming informants. They should have resigned, instead they destroyed these groups, which had well intended people at the bottom. Federalizing anything only leads to corruption, bottom-up is the only way to construct any agency. I am told a great resource for what you are wanting to do is Jarrin Jackson's Live Local Field Manual. According to him, he outlines the legal way to have militia teams that cooperate with law enforcement at the local level. In populated areas, you gotta watch law enforcement, some of them only believe they should be armed or have law enforcement powers. Thanks for your comments, sharing my work, and I hope this helped.
It did, thank you. I can’t do any of that alone, there’s not much support for it and not many people think it can be done anyway. I wasn’t for federalizing militia, I just thought by making it legal in each county, we would have a legal standing to arrest the criminal servants in DC. Of course we’d need a grand jury to indict not controlled by corrupt prosecutors. I’ll check out the handbook though. Thanks again. I really appreciate your videos.
